Voucher for training in IT schools: applications for Tech Orda have started
Educational programs are available to Kazakhstanis aged 18 to 45
The Astana Hub technology hub has started accepting applications for the fifth season of the Tech Orda program. Kazakhstanis aged 18 to 45 can apply and receive a voucher for training in IT schools. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan.

For students of offline courses, vouchers worth up to 500 thousand tenge are provided. For those who chose online or hybrid format - 400 thousand tenge.
The development of human capital in the field of technology is one of the key priorities of Kazakhstan's digital transformation. We see high demand for such programs and will continue to support initiatives that help people build careers in IT and develop the country's innovative economy.
The Tech Orda program is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan. Courses are conducted in the following areas:
- artificial intelligence
- cybersecurity
- software development
- data analysis
- Cloud & DevOps
- gamedev
- product management
- UI/UX design
Program results
Since 2021, over 12 thousand citizens have completed training courses. At the same time, 90% of graduates found jobs, and their average salary was 725 thousand tenge. Tech Orda graduates work in large companies, including Kaspi.kz, Halyk Bank, Freedom Finance, Yandex.
