Digital employment service selects vacancies and helps improve competencies
Since July 2026, a pilot project for proactive employment through the Digital Employment Service has been launched in Kazakhstan. The AI assistant has already helped 3 thousand job seekers find work. This was reported by the press service of the republic's government.
The service independently forms a digital resume for the job seeker and, with the help of artificial intelligence, selects vacancies based on their education, work experience, and skills.
Bakhtiyar Zhazykpayev, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan, stated that job seekers receive vacancies that are suitable specifically for them. Since July, project participants have received 59 thousand job offers, he added.
If a citizen responds to a vacancy, the employer sees this and can invite them for an interview. The AI assistant also helps choose a training course on the Enbek Skills platform if the job seeker lacks competencies.
If desired, Kazakhstanis can acquire a new profession by using the dual training program directly with an employer. This approach stimulates personnel development and promotes rapid employment, summarized the government press service.
