Kazakhstan ranked third among CIS countries in the popularity of AI tools
In the global ranking, the republic is in 59th place
The Aitools.xyz project analyzed traffic from SEMrush and Ahrefs for more than 9,500 websites related to artificial intelligence (AI) and compiled a global ranking of countries whose citizens frequently use AI tools. According to experts, Kazakhstan ranks 59th in the world.
Analysts took into account unique visits to AI websites. However, statistics on the use of AI tools in mobile applications were not included in the calculations. In particular, in 2025, AI tool websites were visited 125.7 billion times, which is 46% more than in 2024.
Neural networks were most often used in the USA (21.43%, or 26.87 billion visits to AI websites). India follows with 9.52%, or 11.93 billion visits. Brazil also made it into the top three (5.59%, 7.01 billion visits). Germany, Britain, Indonesia, France, Japan, Canada, and the Philippines were in the top ten.
The leader in the CIS was Russia, which took 16th place (2.38 billion visits). Second place in the region belongs to Uzbekistan (56th place in the global ranking with 233.98 million visits). Third place is for Kazakhstan (132.02 million visits). Neural networks are least used in Palau (1.57 thousand visits) and the Vatican (1.98 thousand visits)
