Zhaslan Madiyev, the head of the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Development of Kazakhstan, visited the opening of Smart Point. Arman Kenzhegaliyev, the Chairman of the Board of the “Government for Citizens” state corporation, showed him the functional areas of the office.
Such formats as Smart Point demonstrate a new approach to the work of public service centers.
According to him, it is important to scale this model to increase the accessibility of public services for citizens and businesses.
What's available at Smart Point:
- computers with a multi-agent AI platform eGovGPT
- a training classroom for learning how to work with new services
- a comfortable waiting area
- a delivery zone (parcel locker) with 24/7 access
Kenzhegaliyev stated that the creation of such digital offices is part of the work to serve the population. The authorities aim to create conditions in which digital technologies will be part of the process of obtaining public services, he added. Smart Point offices are already operating in Zhezkazgan and Turkestan.
