Nearly 50 thousand orders were placed on the social services portal in Kazakhstan

In the first two months of 2026, 48.7 thousand orders from persons with disabilities were fulfilled through the Social Services Portal. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Kazakhstan

What services were provided:

• 35.4 thousand technical rehabilitation aids
• 3.6 thousand sign language services
• 9.1 thousand individual assistant services
• 576 sanatorium-and-spa treatment services

The social services portal allows persons with disabilities to choose a supplier of technical rehabilitation aids, as well as the delivery type (including self-pickup). The order is confirmed using an electronic digital signature. 

What rehabilitation aids are provided:

• wheelchair
• hygiene products
• assistive devices for the visually impaired
• prosthetic and orthopedic products
• assistive hearing devices

In total, more than 600 suppliers of special social services and over 1,000 suppliers of technical rehabilitation aids are registered on the portal. Sanatorium-and-spa treatment is offered by 130 organizations.
