More than 100 thousand vacancies have been published on the Electronic Labor Exchange since the beginning of 2026
More than 160 thousand resumes have appeared on the Enbek.kz platform
In the first two months of 2026, 102.7 thousand vacancies were published and 162.4 thousand resumes were posted on the Electronic Labor Exchange (Enbek.kz). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan.
The number of job seekers exceeded the number of vacancies — on average, there are 1.58 resumes per job opening.
The ministry clarified that more than 80% of all job offers are aimed at qualified personnel. Nearly half (48.9 thousand) of all resumes are for blue-collar occupations.
Which specialists are especially in demand:
- nurse
- orderly
- car driver
- mathematics teacher
The largest number of vacancies is in education — around 33 thousand, followed by healthcare — 11.4 thousand and social services — 9.7 thousand. In addition, high demand was recorded for personnel in public administration (7 thousand) and industry (6.9 thousand).
The highest-paid vacancies:
- drilling supervisor — 991 thousand tenge
- site manager in the extractive industry — 876 thousand tenge
- chief geologist — 803 thousand tenge
Project managers for new product development expect salaries of 1.3 million tenge, while commercial directors expect 1.2 million tenge. Commissioning and testing engineers also have high salary expectations — 865 thousand tenge.
