Dongfeng Special Equipment for MSW Management Delivered to Kulsary
Zhylyoi Tazalyk company in Kulsary, Atyrau region, received 9 units of Chinese-made Dongfeng special equipment for municipal solid waste (MSW) management. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan.
The fleet renewal is provided for by the Zhylyoi Tazalyk modernization project. It was financed by JSC Zhasyl Damu and the Industrial Development Fund (IDF). Total investments amount to 363.5 million tenge, of which 327.2 million are borrowed funds, and the rest are the company's own funds.
The new equipment will be used for solid waste management in Kulsary. Its acquisition will expand the company's capabilities to serve the city and maintain its sanitary condition.
In addition to expanding the vehicle fleet, the project provides for the development of a waste sorting system and secondary raw material processing. 18 new jobs will be created at Zhylyoi Tazalyk facilities, increasing the staff to 145 employees.
The press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan stated that the renewal of MSW management infrastructure strengthens the technical base of enterprises. The cleanliness of the republic's cities and settlements largely depends on this.
