The Kazakhstan operator of the electricity and capacity market (KOREM) has launched a digital analytical portal for the electricity market of Kazakhstan. The platform combines statistics and monitoring tools. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the republic.

The new portal helps improve the mechanism of interaction with market participants. On the analytical dashboard, you can see information about electricity trading with data starting from July 1, 2023.

Users can track the dynamics of supply and demand, the volumes of concluded deals, changes in weighted average prices, trading activity of participants, and compare indicators for various time periods.

You can ask a question about the portal's operation in the chatbot. KOREM also plans to implement artificial intelligence technologies into the digital service. The operator's management believes that this will expand data processing tools.

KOREM, the operator of the centralized electricity and capacity trading market, was founded in 2020. The organization announces tenders for medium and long-term periods, registers and records transactions.
