More than 16.2 million appeals processed on the "e-Otinish" platform in 5 years

The unified information system "e-Otinish" in Kazakhstan, designed for submitting appeals and complaints to state bodies, has turned 5 years old. The platform has changed the format of interaction between citizens and authorities, the press service of the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Development of the Republic stated.
"e-Otinish" was launched in the summer of 2021 as a feedback tool. More than 26 thousand organizations have already connected to the system.
We see a high level of trust and continue to develop the platform, making it more convenient and intelligent.
According to him, programmers are currently implementing AI agents to speed up the processing of appeals and improve analytics.
In 2025, more than 5 million appeals were received through "e-Otinish". In total, over 16.2 million appeals have been processed in 5 years of operation.
The most popular requests from Kazakhstanis are issues related to housing and communal services, social protection, education, land, security, and justice. Citizens can submit an appeal on the eOtinish.kz website, on the eGov.kz portal, in eGov Mobile, as well as in public service centers (TSON).
