The Smart Home smart home system was developed by specialists from the Kazakh company Connected Home. The project was implemented with the support of the Science Foundation of Kazakhstan. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic.
We are talking about the Wallee controller and smart home software. The solution combines engineering and household systems of the building into a single platform, providing automation.
The Smart Home system offers a comprehensive approach to security, energy management and optimization of household processes.
The project was tested at various facilities, including commercial ones. Now Smart Home is widely used in the construction industry.
The director of the company, Sayat Aktay, said that all signals from the sensors are sent to the mobile application. The user receives real-time information about the condition of the house, including in case of emergency: in case of water leakage, smoke, unauthorized access.
In addition, with the help of a contactor device, you can remotely turn on and off the power supply in the house.
The company has signed a contract for the installation of a smart home system in 15 thousand apartments in Astana, Almaty and Shymkent. Of these, Smart Home has already started working in 7 thousand apartments.
