The approach to education of both the Kazakh and American sides turned out to be largely similar. The signed document secured the transition to practical work on projects.

We are talking about double degree programs, the development of the concept of the International Aviation University, academic mobility, as well as joint research. All issues will be worked out in stages.

First, it is planned to prepare and launch new educational programs in priority areas. These are unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), organization and maintenance of air traffic, and technical operation of aircraft.

The recognition of qualifications and harmonization of educational standards were also discussed at the meeting between Zhakupov and Diacon. In the future, this will improve the quality of training specialists in Kazakhstan.
