Police urged drivers to comply with traffic rules
Police officers in the Turkestan Region are conducting preventive raids to prevent road accidents and ensure road safety. This was reported by the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In particular, officers of the Sairam District Police Department identified a number of violations using a drone. These included driving a car with the headlights turned off and without using a seat belt.
The police call on all road users to strictly comply with the law and traffic regulations.
The agency noted that modern digital technologies are being actively used in the Karaganda Region. These include automatic violation detection systems, speed measurement cameras, and drones. In this way, police officers monitor the situation on the roads around the clock and can respond promptly in the event of road accidents.
The main goal is prevention, increasing drivers' responsibility, fostering a culture of safe behavior on the roads, and saving human lives.
Motorists were reminded that they need to observe the speed limit, remain attentive while driving, and follow the instructions of road signs.
