Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov visited the Data Processing Center (DPC) during a working trip to Astana. The advanced data center was created as part of the implementation of the Astana Smart City project, the republic's government press service reported.
This is the first data center in Kazakhstan built specifically for the needs of urban infrastructure in partnership with Presight and the Astana akimat.

The press service emphasized that the DPC complies with international standards of reliability and information security. It is an important element in the development of Astana Smart City.
Following the trip, Bektenov instructed that the city's digital infrastructure be strengthened. He also pointed to the importance of integrating industrial and technological solutions for the growth of Astana's economy.
