The Chinese company China TransInfo will create a competence center based on "KazdorNII" JSC within the framework of a signed memorandum of cooperation. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan.
The parties plan to jointly develop modern solutions for the road industry of Kazakhstan, including technology transfer, equipment localization, and retraining of domestic specialists.
The joint competence center will help organize the training of Kazakhstani specialists, facilitate the exchange of experience, and adapt foreign developments for implementation in the republic's road industry.
Priority areas of cooperation:
- intelligent transport systems
- dynamic weight and dimension control
- video analytics
- interaction technologies for unmanned transport
"KazdorNII" JSC is also interested in technology transfer and equipment localization in Kazakhstan. This approach will allow for the formation of its own competencies in the road sector.
