AI-Proforientolog, AI-Talapker: University AI-Ecosystem Developed at Baitursynuly University
EduFace Control Program Records Student Attendance
Programmers at Kostanay Regional University (Baitursynuly University) have developed an AI-ecosystem that combines 18 intelligent digital solutions. With its help, Kazakhstanis go through the entire journey – from entering the university to receiving a diploma, the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan reported.
Schoolchildren are helped to choose their future profession by the intelligent Telegram bot AI-Proforientolog. The program analyzes the user's interests, abilities, and recommends a field of study. The bot together builds the student's educational trajectory.
Assistance with the university admission campaign is provided by the virtual assistant AI-Talapker. The Telegram bot answers questions about state grants, admission rules, and the list of necessary documents 24/7.
The AI-Mektep program will also be useful for preparing schoolchildren for the Unified National Testing (UNT). The platform is in demand among students of rural schools. It is being used in pilot mode in schools in Kostanay and Kostanay region.
The results of the pilot stage confirmed the high efficiency and demand for the project. Thus, 100% of participants positively evaluated the organization of the educational process, and the average rating of the platform was 4.67 points out of 5.
After entering Baitursynuly University, you can use the Tutor KSU mobile application with a schedule of classes and assignments. AI Researcher will help you find a scientific publication or research, and AI Librarian will help you find a book in the local library.
A number of AI technologies have also been introduced into university management. For example, the EduFace Control program recognizes students' faces and records their attendance. EduRisk System monitors academic performance, and EduFlow MOOC is responsible for developing online courses.
