AgroSky AI solution for agriculture is being developed at KarTU
Information on soil and crop conditions is collected by drones
Students of A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University (KarTU), within the framework of the AI-Sana educational program, are developing AI solutions for various industries, including agriculture. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic.
One of the projects implemented within the program is the AgroSky startup, designed for the agricultural sector. The project allows analyzing data on agricultural lands using artificial intelligence technologies.
AgroSky receives data from drones. The system analyzes soil composition, moisture levels, and plant conditions, and then provides recommendations to farmers. According to the developers, this approach allows reducing production costs by up to 30%, while increasing yields by 10–15%.
