The project "Unified Personal Account of Entrepreneur" (ELK) was presented at the Digital Qazaqstan forum in Shymkent. This was reported by the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
ELK is implemented within the framework of the "one-stop shop" principle and is aimed at simplifying the interaction of business with the information systems of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan.
The portal has combined key services in a single space, providing users with centralized access to public services and data.

- chat for interaction with counterparties
- analytics tools
- visualization of business data
Entrepreneurs can take advantage of the AI agent's help and find information in the Knowledge Base.
The portal integrates with state information systems, forming a unified digital ecosystem for business.
More than 15,000 people have registered on the platform. The developers have launched the basic functionality and continue to expand the capabilities of the ELK.
Vice Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan Asset Turyssov stated that the "Unified Personal Account of Entrepreneur" is a transition to a new logic of interaction between the state and business. The project helps to reduce the administrative burden, as well as increase the transparency of all processes.
