The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, Zhaslan Madiev, visited key innovation sites during a working trip to Almaty. This was reported by the press service of the department.
The Minister met with representatives of IT companies, including Higsfield, Zimran and other technology teams. He also visited the Almaty Hub site in Defense Tech at the Army House. Here he was shown startups in the field of artificial intelligence, including robotics and autonomous systems.
During the visit to Almaty, a location was determined for the new Almaty AI Hub. It will become a point of attraction for startups and the development of the AI ecosystem in the south-east of Kazakhstan.
Madiev instructed to improve the infrastructure of Almaty. The city should lead in the development of modern digital standards, he concluded.
