Kazakhstanis were offered a way to find their polling station in the eGov Mobile app

The voting location can be found in a couple of clicks

Citizens of Kazakhstan can use a digital service to search for their polling station ahead of the national referendum. The vote is scheduled for March 15, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan reported.

You can find the required voting location in just a few clicks in the eGov Mobile app and on the GOV.KZ portal.

A special banner, "Referendum," has been placed in the app and on the portal. By clicking on the banner, you will be taken to the polling station verification service.

Next, specify your region of residence and IIN. After entering the data, the system will automatically display the polling station number and the exact address of the voting location.

The service also includes a "Frequently Asked Questions" section, where you can find useful information about the Referendum.

On February 11, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on holding a referendum on the draft of the new Constitution. Citizens are invited to vote "for" or "against" the updated version of the country\"s main document.
