Internet access is provided by the global satellite network OneWeb. Its operator in Kazakhstan is Jusan Mobile.
Majilis deputy Yekaterina Smyshlyaeva stated that the line of satellite receivers complies with the republic's legislation. They ensure information security.
During the demonstration of the Wi-Fi hotspot, residents of Basbek village were convinced of the stable operation of the network. Previously, they communicated with relatives only via landline phone. Now, new technologies have expanded their contacts.
