The Head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan, Zhaslan Madiev, arrived on a working visit to Almaty. He visited the Public Service Center (PSC) of the Medeu district, which is preparing to work in a new format. This was reported by the press service of the department.
Instead of the usual halls with queues, the concept of a "New Generation Digital Office" is being introduced here, architecturally and functionally close to modern technological offices for the population at the level of the Apple Store.
The PSC space was made open, without barriers. The Minister personally went through the client's journey, checking how intuitive the environment has become. During a conversation with the center's management, he emphasized that the interaction between a citizen and the state should be simple and fast.
About 70% of public services need to be transferred online. In this format, serving Kazakhstanis will become convenient, Madiev summarized.
